1. No Return, No Cancellation, No Exchange
Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
We strongly encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
2. Exception – Damaged or Wrong Product
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
If the product received is damaged during transit.
If the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
In such cases, the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
3. Proof Requirement
To process a return request, customers must provide:
A mandatory unboxing video recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) until the product is fully shown.
Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
Requests without proper proof will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Timeframe for Requests
Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.
5. Refund & Replacement Process
Once the claim is verified, we will either:
Send a replacement product at no extra cost, or
Issue a refund to the original mode of payment (as per customer’s preference).
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
The customer does not provide an unboxing video.
The product is used, damaged due to mishandling, or altered after delivery.
The request is made after the 7-day return window.
The product is correct and in good condition, as per the order.
