At Youthful official store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only provide returns or refunds in the case of damaged products.
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund
A return or refund is only applicable if the product delivered is already damaged.
Customers must contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
Proof of damage (such as clear photos or videos) must be provided along with the request.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase.
Wrong product ordered by the customer.
Product damage due to misuse after delivery.
3. Process
1. Contact our team within the specified timeframe.
2. Provide your order number and proof of damage.
3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
4. If approved:
A replacement product will be shipped, OR
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
